Meet Shanise Talia Williams, a social worker, social justice warrior, published poet, entrepreneur, and healer who is changing lives through her work at House of Elevation Coaching & Consulting PLLC and House of Elevation INC.

 

Shanise specializes in DEI, executive coaching, relational management, and people and culture development, & is open to offers and proposals in these areas.

Shanise's impressive resume includes work at well-known nonprofits like the YMCA and AmeriCorps, as well as management positions at Fortune 500 companies such as Capital One and Verizon. She has also made a name for herself in her local community of Hampton Roads, Virginia, by organizing, hosting, and leading several protests and marches. Her most famous event is the Girls Take Granby Women's March.

Shanise earned her B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Political Science, Psychology, African American Studies, and Education from Norfolk State University. She recently graduated with dual Master's degrees in Social Work and Social Justice from Loyola University Chicago.
